MS Office 365: Lync
Summary
You want to show your products, your services, your proposal, your presentation, your annoucement live to your customers or employees. However you know that at least half a day or a whole day will be spent because of traffic, finding the right place and parking problems.
To resolve this tradeoff, the best solution is to hold a live web videoconference from your desktop or from any browser or smartphone. Such a conference is enabled by MS Live Meeting Online.
Microsoft Office 365: Lync (Live Meeting) enables you, once you subscribed and paid for MS Office 365 (starting at $6/user/month), to run a web videoconference from your desktop online with people you have invited via email. The video includes audio, so there is no need to call in via phone. The presenter can share his/her desktop screen or just an application screen with the attendees. The presenter can let the attendees ask questions live or via chat. A picture of the presenter and his/her contact info are presented. A member list can be displayed. The video session can be recorded and be made available on-demand. This powerful desktop web videoconferencing tool can save you many hours of travel expenses and traffic frustration.Your video is available later on-demand anytime from anywhere, which can save you many hours of repetitive explanation. All this savings can be made with a very small expense.
