Services can consist of subscription to accessing and running a solution that is hosted by vendors, and of professional services that are needed to plan, install and support solutions at your premises or at vendors. Professional services are paid when performed. Subscription services are paid monthly or annually.
Horizontal solutions are solutions that any industry and company can use as such. Such solutions don't need major structural changes to be usable in a particular industry.
