Today your small business may have its email hosted on a mail server (such MS Exchange server) with your Internet Service Provider, Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Hotmail or Live), etc. You access your email via a webbrowser or via MS Outlook.
Regarding contacts and calendars, you store them most probably in MS Outlook on your personal computer. The problems are as follows:
You don't have access remotely in real time to your MS Outlook contacts and Calendars if you don't have your personal laptop with you.
No sharing of your MS Outlook contacts and calendars in real time mode. Exporting and importing contacts into Gmail is not real time.
