Each professional service is customized for the customer depending upon the size, complexity and urgency of the programs and projects.  The major features of each of our professional services are as follows:

 

Program and Project Management

 

Program and Project management consists of the following steps:

  • Defining objectives and scope
  • Defining general business requirements (Business Analysis)
  • Analyzing current systems, architecture and rollout plan, economics (cost and return) and management structure
  • GAP analysis

A proposal will be created to describe the tasks and time required to perform the following services:

  • Requirement Analysis
  • Exploration of Solutions
  • Design
  • Development
  • Testing
  • Deployment
  • Maintenance

This proposal will also include the deliverables such as:

  • Requirement Analysis Report
  • Designed Prototype Screens
  • Description of Solution Features
  • Time and Cost Estimates and Timeline
  • General Test Plan

Once the proposal has been approved, all the tasks will be performed. The customer will receive a progress report after each major step or milestone. The completion of each step could be a milestone if the project is large.
Also, the customer can always check the screens and developed programs on the web, since a test version is always available to you.

After deployment of the project, if new requirements or changes to existing requirements are small in scope, such new requirements or changes are handled via a "Change Order".  A change order is a small proposal that consists of:

  • Requirements Description
  • Solution Features (Deliverable Screens, Logic and Database)
  • Solution Tasks to be Performed
  • Time and Cost Estimates

In addition, our program management also includes periodic cost reports that list the following costs over time:

  • Cost of implemented proposals
  • Projected cost of proposals that are
    • Approved
    • To be Approved
