Our services consist of subscription based services that enable you to access and run a solution that is hosted by us or Microsoft, and of professional services that are needed to plan, install and support services and solutions at your premises or at vendors like Microsoft. The services that are described in this section are subscription based and horizontal. The subscription/horizontal services consist of Interactive Website and E-Commerce Development, Sharing SImple Workspaces, Portal Development, Collaboration setup, CRM Online, Cloud Computing and Hosted VoIP. Professional services are paid when performed. Subscription services are paid monthly or annually. The professional services consist of requirements analysis, exploration, design, testing, training and support.
Solutions consist of hardware (computers, routers, switches) and/or software that is installed on your premises. They have to be paid for in full when purchased either directly by the customer or indirectly via a lease company. Solutions are covered in the Horizontal Solutions section. Horizontal services are services that apply to any industry, and are not industry specific. For instance our interactive website development tool can be used to develop a website for any industry. The content and structure of the content will differ from industry to industry.
