Toon has twenty years of experience in the communications and computer industry. He is the founder and president of Internet Customer Solutions, Inc. Prior to this, he got hands-on experience while setting up NCR network and systems management systems for many large corporations. He also managed a worldwide channel management group that delivered those systems across the globe. His extensive travels in Europe resulted in about $2 Million dollar annual sales. Before joining NCR, Toon was group manager with AT&T and was responsible for marketing MIS consulting services to all AT&T Business Groups. While at AT&T and Exxon, he designed and developed numerous networks and MIS systems for different operating units. He has a Master of Science Degree in Operations Research from Michigan State University, and a Master of Science Degree in MIS from Belgium. Toon is an officer of the NJ Windows NT Users Group. He founded and ran the NJ Chapter of Management Science/ Operations Research. Soccer, tennis, volleyball and skiing are his active sports. His love for soccer stems from his Belgian home country.
